Day 7 PUNO - LIMA

[UROS ISLAND] Depart from the hotel's private dock on a VIP boat to Lake Titicaca. What makes Uros Island distinct is that it's not a traditional landmass but rather a collection of man-made floating islands constructed entirely out of totora reeds, a type of bulrush. The Uros people, an indigenous group, have lived on these islands for centuries, building their homes, boats, and even the islands themselves using the reeds. Guests can explore the islands by walking and experience the culture and way of life of the local people. The Incas also used reeds to build "reed boats" as transportation, each boat lasting for about six months. You can optionally take a ride on a traditional reed boat, known as a "totora boat” (at your own expense, about USD 5/person).
In the afternoon, fly to Lima. (Due to uncertain flight times, lunch today is arranged by guests at the airport.)
Upon arrival in Lima, transfer to the hotel. In the evening, you can optionally enjoy a traditional Peruvian dance performance and dinner (at your own expense).
