Itinerary

DAY 1: Start of tour in Munich

Arrive at your Munich hotel in the morning and depart for the city centre. Embark on an orientation tour to see top sights including Marienplatz, Frauenkirche, Kaufingerstraße and Hofbrauhaus. Next, enjoy free time. For the best immersion into Munich life, culture and cuisine, join today’s optional excursion. This evening, enjoy an included three-course dinner at a historic restaurant!

DAY 2: Munich - Regensburg - Pilsen - Prague

After breakfast, head to Regensburg for an orientation tour of the historic and enchanting Old Town. Next, continue to Pilsen. After an orientation tour, join the Pilsen Brewery optional excursion for a tour and tasting! Due to popularity, this must be pre-booked - contact us to book! Arrive in Prague and indulge in some local Czech favourites for dinner.

DAY 3: Prague: Free Day

This morning, embark on a locally-guided Prague city tour to discover this European jewel. The rest of the day is free. Join the Prague+ excursion to explore the top sights on foot and from the water while you cruise down the famous Vltava river. Tonight’s optional excursion offers a unique opportunity to experience Czech folk dancing over a traditional meal!

DAY 4: Prague - Brno - Bratislava - Budapest

Visit three countries in one day! First stop is Brno in Czechia for an orientation tour. Next, stop in the capital of Slovakia - Bratislava for a walking tour. Arrive in today’s last country and embark on a locally-guided tour of the Buda side of Budapest. This evening, tuck into a traditional Hungarian three-course dinner at a local restaurant.

DAY 5: Budapest: Free Day

Today is a free day in Budapest! Journey through Budapest’s top attractions, including St. Stephen’s Basilica and Central Market Hall, on the Budapest+ optional excursion. Next, choose to soak in the thermal waters of the Budapest Baths on this afternoon’s excursion. Tonight, marvel at the mesmerising views of Budapest from the iconic Danube during an optional dinner cruise!

DAY 6: Budapest - Győr - Vienna

En route to Austria, stop in Győr, a Baroque jewel of Central Europe. Next, journey to Vienna and check into the hotel before heading out for a locally-guided tour. Why not end the day with a classical music concert held in the breathtaking Schönbrunn Palace Orangery?

DAY 7: Vienna: Free Day

Enjoy a free day to explore Vienna! To make the most of the day and truly experience the local culture in Vienna, join today’s Imperial Vienna optional excursion. Uncover Vienna’s imperial history on a visit to the UNESCO-listed Schönbrunn Palace and get an unmissable taste of Vienna at a historic café, where you can sample famous Viennese coffee and cake!

DAY 8: Vienna - Melk - Salzburg

Depart Vienna for Melk, located on the Danube and renowned for its 11th-century Melk Abbey. Next, journey to Salzburg. Discover many mesmerising sights, including Salzburg Cathedral, Residenzplatz and the birthplace of Mozart! Then, join the optional excursion to visit some of the stunning locations associated with The Sound of Music. Later, check-in at the hotel for the evening.

DAY 9: Salzburg - Herrenchiemsee - Munich

On the way back to Munich, stop at the world-famous Herrenchiemsee Palace and Park. Embark on a scenic boat ride to the island of Herreninsel. Spend the afternoon exploring the island, Herrenchiemsee Castle and Monastery. Thereafter, journey to Munich to check into this evening’s accommodation. The last evening on tour is free. DAY 10: End of tour in Munich
