DAY 1: Arrive in Munich
Welcome to your adventure through Eastern Europe! Arrive in Munich and meet up with your tour leader and group this morning. Then, embark on an orientation tour of Bavaria’s capital. Enjoy a free afternoon or join the optional excursion to indulge in Bavarian cuisine and learn about Munich’s history. This evening, enjoy a welcome dinner at a traditional Bavarian restaurant.

DAY 2: Munich - Mondsee - Melk - Vienna
Visit a new country today - Austria! First stop is Mondsee, a lakeside town home to the famous Mondsee Abbey. Next stop is Melk. Tour the breathtaking Melk Abbey overlooking the Danube river. Then, tuck into a tasty lunch. Finally, arrive in Vienna, Austria’s enchanting capital. Join tonight’s optional excursion for a three-course dinner followed by a classical music concert!

DAY 3: Vienna - Budapest
After breakfast, enjoy a driving and walking tour to bask in the grandeur of Vienna. Enjoy free time before setting off to Budapest! Arrive in the Hungarian capital this afternoon and embark on a driving tour. See top attractions including the Hungarian Parliament and St. Stephen‘s Basilica. This evening, why not soak up the sights on a Danube dinner cruise?

DAY 4: Budapest - Bratislava - Prague
Get ready to tick off two new countries today! First stop is Bratislava, the tiny and picturesque capital city of Slovakia. Then, travel onwards to Prague. This afternoon, join a local guide for a walking tour of this fairytale city. Enjoy an included group dinner tonight at a local restaurant and get your first taste of hearty Czech cuisine!

DAY 5: Prague: Free Day
A free day in the Czech Republic’s magical capital awaits! Join our top-selling Prague+ optional excursion to tour the iconic Prague Castle and delight in a Prague river cruise. Alternatively, join the Prague Tastes & Tales excursion for a deep dive into Prague’s history and a Slivovitz distillery tasting tour. Tonight, experience traditional Czech folk music alongside a delectable dinner!

DAY 6: Prague - Nuremberg - Munich
Travel back to Germany and stop in the historic city of Nuremberg en route to Munich. Bavaria’s second-largest city is celebrated for its exceptional architecture which was rebuilt after being damaged extensively in WWII. In the afternoon, hop back on the coach to Munich. The final evening of the tour is free to spend as you wish.
