DAY 1: Start of tour in Munich
Welcome to your Scenic Europe tour! Meet your tour leader at the Munich hotel this morning. Then, embark on an orientation tour. This city combines age-old tradition with modern aesthetics and high-powered industry. Then, delve deeper into Munich on an optional guided tour and tasting of traditional treats. Tonight, enjoy a welcome dinner at a traditional Bavarian restaurant!

DAY 2: Munich - Neuschwanstein Castle - Innsbruck
Today’s first stop is Neuschwanstein Castle, built by Ludwig II of Bavaria. Enjoy a guided tour of this dreamy 19th-century hilltop castle. Then, cross the border into Innsbruck, Austria. After an orientation tour, join the Swarovski Crystal Worlds optional excursion to experience dazzling crystal art displays! Tonight, join the Tyrolean Folk Evening for traditional Tyrolean music, dance and cuisine.

DAY 3: Innsbruck - Vaduz - Lucerne - Swiss Alps
Today’s first stop is the Alpine principality of Liechtenstein. Stopping in the capital Vaduz, take a stroll and enjoy the scenery. Next, head into Switzerland and the city of Lucerne. Embark on an orientation tour and admire this beautiful city adorned with covered bridges, brightly-coloured houses and delightful waterfront promenades. Tonight’s accommodation is in Interlaken where an included dinner awaits.

DAY 4: Swiss Alps: Free Day
Enjoy a free day in the Swiss Alps! Join the excursion up to Jungfraujoch, the highest train station in Europe! The train journey winds through some of the most picturesque mountain scenery in Switzerland. Enjoy year-round snow - have snowball fights and build snowmen possible even in summer! Why not warm up with an optional Swiss fondue dinner tonight?

DAY 5: Swiss Alps - Lake Como - Italian Lake District
Today, travel to Italy's Lake District, stopping at the famous Lake Como, an enormous expanse of water fringed by picturesque scattered villages! The afternoon is free to explore the Italian Lake District. Sample local food, go for a stroll or simply find a comfortable spot to marvel at the incredible views. Enjoy dinner at the hotel tonight.

DAY 6: Italian Lake District - Pisa - Florence - Tuscany
Serious sightseeing awaits! First, travel to Florence, the birthplace of the Renaissance. See top attractions on an orientation tour followed by lunch at a local restaurant. Up next, visit the famous Leaning Tower of Pisa, a true icon of Italy. Finally, travel to tonight’s accommodation in Montecatini. See more of this Tuscan spa town with tonight’s optional excursion.

DAY 7: Tuscany - Verona - Venice
Today’s first stop is Verona, the city where Shakespeare set Romeo and Juliet! Embark on an orientation tour before enjoying free time. Then, it’s on to Venice! Tonight, don't miss the opportunity to explore Venice the traditional way - from the canals on an optional gondola ride and water taxi. This unmissable excursion also includes dinner at a local restaurant.

DAY 8: Venice - Dolomites - Andechs Monastery - Munich
Depart Venice this morning as the tour winds its way back to Munich, taking in some epic sights on a drive through the Dolomite National Park. Enjoy a comfort stop at Lago di Landro, a shimmering lake which boasts dazzling scenery. The next stop is the monastery town of Andechs, an undiscovered Alpine gem. Enjoy a free evening in Munich.
